Funding

We accept all Healthfunds and Workcover DVA and 3rd Party insurance referrals. Onsite claiming available via HICAPS.

WorkCover (WC)

We do accept WorkCover patients at Recover Physio and Massage. We require a few pieces of information before your appointment; you must have reported the incident to WorkCover and notified your GP. Once the claim has been placed through WorkCover, you will receive your claim number. This may take a few days, however, one the claim has been approved, you can see the appropriate allied health professions onsite. We require the claim number and an up to date medical certificate before or at the time of your initial appointment also.

The invoices from these treatments will go directly to WorkCover. However, if your claim has not been approved and you want to begin your treatment as soon as possible, you can book in to see the appropriate allied health professional. This will mean that you will be required to pay the full fee upfront, then claim this back from WorkCover if approved.

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Medicare Plan

We do accept Enhanced Primary Care Plans at Recover Physio and Massage.  To access this funding, you must first see your GP and enquire if you are eligible. This plan will state that your condition is chronic and requires physiotherapy or a variety of Allied Health Services. If you are eligible, you are entitled to a maximum of five (5) allied health sessions over the 12 month calendar year. Once we receive the correct paperwork from your doctor, there will be no out of pocket payment for yourself, the full fee will be covered by Medicare.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

We do accept Department of Veterans Affairs patients, so long as we have received the correct referral paperwork from your doctor. Please see the link below for further information regarding DVA funding.

CTP Insurance

We do accept third party insurance claims. You must have reported the incident to your insurance company and notified your GP. A claim number and medical certificate should then be provided to you. Once the claim has been approved, you can see the appropriate Allied Health Professionals onsite.

The invoices from these treatments will go directly to your insurance company. However, if your claim has not been approved and you want to begin treatment as soon as possible, you can book in to see the appropriate Allied Health Professional. Though, you will be required to pay the full fee upfront and then claim this back from your insurance company if approved.
